*You may qualify for a higher rebate amount if you meet income guidelines and are currently enrolled in LIHEAP or Minnesota Power's self-declare income & usage rate discount. If either applies, your rebate amount may automatically increase after verification.

2 Ways to Receive Your Electric Vehicle Rebate
Eligibility
- Must be a Minnesota Power customer to participate.
- Can be either battery electric or plug-in hybrid electric.
- New and used electric vehicles must be purchased from a licensed dealer to be eligible for rebates. Private sales are not eligible.
- Residential customers are required to be on one of Minnesota Power’s time-based or interruptible rates (Time-of-Day, Residential EV Service, or Dual Fuel Standard). Minnesota Power will verify rate eligibility prior to rebate fulfillment.
- Must purchase a new or used, qualifying electric vehicle. Leased vehicles do not qualify for a rebate.
- One rebate per product purchased.

- If submitted via mail, rebate request must be postmarked no later than January 15, 2027.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Offer cannot be combined with other Minnesota Power rebate offers.
