Electric Rates

Minnesota Power’s electric rates are among the lowest in the nation. A report by the Edison Electric Institute, an association of U.S. shareholder-owned electric companies, international affiliates and industry associates, shows Minnesota Power’s commercial rate at 7.7 cents per kWh compared with 10.3 cents in the Pacific Region and 12.8 cents in the New England Region. The EEI report reflects rates in effect Jan 1. 2013.
